Individual Telehealth Sessions

I N D I V I D U A L   S E S S I O N S

What we might work on together:

  • Understanding where certain patterns came from, and why they've stuck around

  • Challenging beliefs that made sense once but no longer serve you

  • Learning how to actually handle difficult emotions instead of just managing around them

  • Making decisions that feel like yours, not decisions made out of guilt, fear, or obligation

  • Getting honest about the ways you might be contributing to a situation you don't like

  • Building the kind of self-understanding that holds up outside the therapy room, not just inside it

Telehealth Therapy for Dallas and Texas Clients

How I work

Therapy isn't about having someone sit across from you, nod, and tell you everything you're doing is fine. Sometimes you need someone who can actually help you figure out what's going on, ask the questions you may not want to ask yourself, and work with you to figure out what needs to change.

I take a practical and collaborative approach, combining clinical training with real-world experience and problem-solving. Every person and situation is different, so this isn't about forcing your life into a set direction. It's about looking at what's actually happening and figuring out what can realistically be done about it. That also means being willing to challenge you when it's needed: looking at patterns that keep showing up, questioning beliefs you've taken for granted, examining how you respond to other people, or being honest about your own part in a situation you don't like. The goal isn't to judge you or tell you what you should do. It's to understand the whole picture and figure out where you actually have room to make a different choice.

Most importantly, you're not a diagnosis. A diagnosis can be useful for understanding symptoms and guiding treatment, but it doesn't tell your whole story. It doesn't account for your relationships, experiences, values, identity, or everything else that makes you who you are. Therapy should be useful outside of the therapy room. The goal is to understand yourself better, deal with what's in front of you, and make changes that actually fit your life, values, and goals.

Therapy is a place to actually work through the shit that is going on in your life. Anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, identity, self-esteem, major life changes, or just feeling stuck can affect how you think, how you relate to people, and how you move through your day-to-day life.

Individual therapy provides a space to slow things down, figure out what is actually happening, and work together on what needs to change. That can mean understanding where certain patterns came from, challenging beliefs that are no longer serving you, learning how to handle difficult emotions, or figuring out how to make decisions that actually feel like your own.
