Mud Lotus & Fire is a private-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Session Fees
Initial Individual Intake Session (60 minutes): $185
Recurring Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes): $175
Initial Couples Intake Session (60 minutes): $210
Recurring Couples Therapy Session (50 minutes): $200
Insurance & Superbills
At this time, Mud Lotus & Fire Psychotherapy, PLLC does not bill or file claims with insurance companies, and we are not currently able to provide superbills for reimbursement.
We understand that navigating the cost of therapy can be difficult, and we are continuing to work toward expanding our options for clients who may wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement in the future. Any changes to our superbill or insurance policies will be communicated as those options become available.
For now, clients are responsible for the full session fee at the time of service.
However, Tyler reserves a limited number of reduced-fee appointments for clients experiencing financial constraints. Reduced rates typically range from $120–$160 depending on circumstances and availability.
